摘要
根据不同的发病机制IgA肾病动物模型类型较多。应用细菌外膜蛋白或外毒素作为免疫原引起体内IgA复合物增加,另外病毒及真菌外膜成分也可作为免疫原。自发性高IgA血症小鼠具有自发性IgA肾病倾向,利用转基因或基因敲除手段可以制作自发性IgA肾病模型。体内IgA主要在肝脏代谢,肝脏损伤可以作为诱导IgA肾病发病的途径。
