<正>心肺运动试验(cardiopulmonary exercise test,CPET)作为一种非侵入性方法评价心功能,应用于临床已长达半个多世纪,常应用于以劳力性呼吸困难为主诉的患者,主要通过记录运动过程中心率、血压、心电图和肺通气功能等数据,由此测定最大耗氧量
