墨兰光合途径的研究

墨兰(Cymbidium sinense)叶片具有较高的1,5二磷酸核酮糖羧化酶(RuBPCase)活性,而磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧化酶(PEPCase)和丙酮酸磷酸双激酶(PPDK)的活性都很低。叶片中乙醇酸氧化酶的活性较高,用α-羟基吡啶甲磺酸(α-HPMS)在光下处理叶片使乙醇酸含量显著增加。叶绿素a/b值测定表明,墨兰叶片的叶绿素a/b值基本稳定在2.6—2.7之间。在无CO2空气中,叶片在光下具有较高的CO2释放速率。表明墨兰是C3植物。
