摘要：

目的 :探讨卵巢过度刺激综合征的发生原因及治疗方案。方法 :扩容利尿、补充白蛋白、腹水穿刺术及胸水穿刺术综合治疗 ,观察临床疗效。结果 :经过综合治疗 ,1 2例均痊愈出院 ,4例妊娠。结论 :综合治疗方案对预防与治疗卵巢过度刺激综合征有效。
