脓毒症导致多器官功能障碍的发病机制

<正>据国外流行病学调查[1]显示,全球每年约3 150万例脓毒症患者和1 940万例严重脓毒症患者,每年因脓毒症死亡的人数约530万。近年来,尽管脓毒症的治疗已经取得较大进步,但脓毒症患者的死亡率仍保持在25%30%,脓毒症休克患者的死亡率高达50%[2-4]。所以,急需一种有效的治疗措施来缓解这种压力。前不久JAMA杂志上发布由美国危重病医学会(Society of Critical Care Medicine,SCCM)及欧洲危重病医学会(European Society Intensive Care Medicine,ESICM)发起制定的脓毒症新定义[5],指出脓毒症
