血脑屏障破坏与脑水肿发生研究进展

摘要
血脑屏障是机体维持中枢神经系统内环境稳定的结构基础,在脑水肿的形成过程中起着重要作用。近年来,发现了一些因子参与了血脑屏障功能的破坏而导致脑水肿的形成,这些因子主要包括:水通道蛋白(AQP)、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和血管生成素等。本文通过对这些因子在血脑屏障破坏过程中所起的作用进行综述,进一步阐述血脑屏障破坏导致脑水肿发生的分子机制。结合目前的研究,对脑水肿的防治进行展望。
