摘要：

目的观察重组组织型纤溶酶原激活物(rt-PA)静脉溶栓治疗超早期脑梗死的疗效、安全性及治疗后凝血功能的改变。方法符合入选条件的患者分两组,治疗组进行rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗;对照组给予非溶栓治疗。对比两组用药前、用药后24 h、7 d、21 d时美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)数值。结果治疗组比对照组的NIH-SS分值明显下降,差异显著,无严重并发症发生,凝血功能无显著改变。结论如果严格掌握时间窗及适应证,rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗超早期脑梗死安全,对凝血系统影响轻微,比非溶栓治疗方法有效。
