本文概述2007年全球主权财富基金境外投资主体、投资形式、投资资金流向等出现的新特点;研判了2008年主权财富基金投资形势,认为2008年将是"主权财富基金年",提出我国应高度关注主权财富基金投资新动向及潜在投资风险。
