现代新型信息技术与金融业的深度融合势头方兴未艾,金融科技驱动的金融创新已经并将继续对金融业和传统金融体系产生巨大而深刻的影响,但它在广受褒誉的同时,也出现了不少让人疑惑、诟病的现象。金融科技驱动的金融创新对金融体系究竟会产生什么样的影响,其影响路径和机理如何,特别是它能否更好驱动金融业发展?此类问题已经成为金融科技领域广受学术界关注和讨论的重大问题。本文从金融科技概念的内涵和外延辨析,金融科技驱动金融创新发展的动因、路径和理论机制以及金融科技对金融业的深层次影响与内在机理等方面对相关文献进行了系统梳理。据此,本文展示了金融科技驱动金融创新发展研究的新进展。
