组织因素对重大工程项目绩效影响研究

摘要
组织管理旨在协调利益相关者关系,实现参与各方的紧密配合,对于提升重大工程项目绩效至关重要。基于组织管理视角分析驱动重大工程项目绩效提升的原因,通过梳理文献识别重大工程项目的 6个组织因素,选取35个重大工程项目作为研究案例并通过半结构访谈与焦点小组访谈收集案例数据,应用基于清晰集的定性比较分析法(cs QCA)对案例进行组合因素分析与一致性和覆盖率分析。研究结果表明,组织因素对项目绩效的影响不是通过单因素实现,而是通过组合因素实现;"正式沟通机制+友好人际关系+公平利益分配+团队协作与组织集成"与"信任+友好人际关系+公平利益分配+团队协作与组织集成"两个组合因素促进项目绩效显著提升。友好人际关系、公平利益分配、团队协作与组织集成是重大工程项目绩效提升的必要条件,正式沟通机制、信任与组织结构扁平化虽然产生了作用,但不是有效提升项目绩效的必要因素。
