摘要：
Owing to the promotion of environment for regional cooperation and special geographic advantage, Nanning meets three opportunities in regional cooperation: The regional cooperation between China and ASEAN; Regional cooperation in the Two Corridors Plus One Circle; the sub-regional cooperation of Great Mekong and so on. Therefore, it is important to think it over, encounter it completely, develop the export-oriented economy and take the China-ASEAN Expo as the platform, put forward together the opening to the outside world and domestic world.
