摘要：
妊娠相关蛋白-A(PAPP-A)在不稳定斑块中出现,在急性冠脉综合征时其血中水平升高;水平的升高反映了冠状动脉硬化斑块的不稳定性。PAPP-A是不稳定型心绞痛和急性心肌梗死的新的标记物。
