摘要：

慢性阻塞性肺疾病全球创议(global initiative for chronic obstructive lung disease,GOLD)2018年修订版于2017年11月15日世界慢阻肺日发布,相对于GOLD 2017,该版内容并没有太大修改。本文对于新增加的关于慢阻肺的危险因素、肺功能随访、急性加重频率的波动、药物治疗及非药物治疗等方面的内容进行简介和解读。
