基于网络药理学探讨南续益母片治疗类风湿关节炎的分子机制

摘要：

目的基于网络药理学研究探讨南续益母片治疗类风湿关节炎的分子机制。方法使用TCMSP和TCMID数据平台筛选南续益母片的有效成分及靶点,通过TTD和DRUGBANK及DisGeNET数据库检索类风湿关节炎的疾病靶点,使用Bioinformatics&Evolutionary Genomics软件筛选关键靶点,运用ClueGO插件和EHBIO生物信息软件进行KEGG通路富集分析,使用STRING软件平台和Cytoscape软件构建成分-靶点-通路和蛋白互作网络。结果最终筛选出南续益母片有效成分13个,预测治疗靶点228个,作用于类风湿关节炎的重要靶点51个,通路富集分析显示南续益母片主要作用在与类风湿关节炎相关的炎症、免疫及细胞凋亡等信号通路。结论南续益母片具有多成分、多靶点的作用特点,通过影响炎症、免疫、细胞凋亡等方面发挥治疗类风湿关节炎的作用。
