应激对创面愈合的影响及可能机制

摘要
创面愈合是一个复杂而有序的生物学过程,任何妨碍该过程顺利进行的因素都会影响创面愈合。大量研究提示,应激对创面愈合过程及其转归具有重要影响。适度应激不仅对创面愈合无害,还有益于促进其愈合,但过度应激可明显影响创面愈合的速度和质量。应激严重程度虽与体内应激激素水平呈正相关,但其确切机制和影响因素仍不清楚。本文拟通过检索国内外相关文献讨论应激影响创面愈合的可能机制,为通过合理调控应激,加速创面愈合的速度和改善创面愈合的质量提供借鉴。
