摘要：

胫骨平台由胫骨近端的干骺端及关节面组成,作为人体膝关节重要的负荷结构,其功能是非常重要的。此处骨折多因高能量暴力撞击或挤压所致。胫骨平台解剖结构复杂,一旦损伤常伴随半月板及韧带损伤。如治疗不当,往往严重影响患者生活。近年来,随着医疗水平的提高,医疗技术的提升,各种手术方式及手术器材的应用使胫骨平台骨折的治疗得到了快速的发展,但对何种手术方式是治疗胫骨平台骨折的最佳方案一直存在争议,本文现结合最新的研究进展对胫骨平台骨折进行综述。
