非研发补贴与研发补贴对新创企业创新产出的非对称影响研究

摘要
政府补贴对新创企业创新水平提升和持续发展具有重要意义。本文运用我国2009~2018年中小板和创业板新创企业数据,基于信号理论分析研发补贴、非研发补贴对新创企业创新产出的非对称影响,并探讨金融化与所有权性质对政府补贴信号传递的联合调节效应。实证研究发现:研发补贴对新创企业创新产出具有倒U型影响,非研发补贴对新创企业创新产出具有积极影响;新创企业金融化水平的提升能够强化研发补贴对创新产出的倒U型影响,新创企业金融化水平的提升能够加强非研发补贴对创新产出的积极影响;国有新创企业金融化对研发补贴、非研发补贴和创新产出关系的调节作用均弱于非国有新创企业。本文有助于深化对政府补贴信号效应的理论解释,为政府补贴政策制定和新创企业创新实践提供启示。
