槲皮素在治疗骨关节炎中作用机制的研究进展

摘要
骨关节炎(OA)是一种临床常见疾病,严重影响患者生活。OA发病机制尚未明确,主要原因包括促炎性细胞因子增多、炎症相关信号通路激活、细胞外基质降解等。槲皮素是一种天然黄酮类化合物,广泛存在于蔬菜水果当中。槲皮素可减少促炎性细胞因子生成、调控炎症相关信号通路,抑制细胞外基质降解,具有治疗OA的潜在药物价值。本文就近年来槲皮素治疗OA作用机制方面的研究进展做一综述。
