<正>镜像治疗是促进脑卒中患侧运动能力恢复的一种治疗手段。在患者的正前方垂直放置一面镜子,透过镜子反射出健侧手的运动,患者观察镜中反射的影像,将健侧手的影像重叠于患肢上,因而建立视幻觉,最早是由美国圣地亚哥大学的Rammachandran教授及同事提出[1],并首先应用于截肢后的幻肢痛患者身上,研究结果证实了镜像治疗能减轻或消除幻肢痛。1998年Altschuler[2]在第28届美国神经科学年会上首次
