创业学习、创业能力与创业绩效——社会网络研究视角

摘要
笔者构建基于社会网络的创业学习、创业能力与创业绩效关系的理论模型,采用结构方程分析方法,对409位小微企业创业者的调查问卷进行分析。研究表明,社会网络是创业者进行创业学习的重要平台;创业者在社会网络中的创业学习方式主要包括模仿学习、交流学习和指导学习,这三种学习方式对创业能力及创业绩效均有显著正向影响;创业学习与创业绩效间并非仅是简单的线性关系,创业能力发挥了部分中介作用;创业者可以选择相匹配的创业学习方式,以提升创业能力,进而提高创业绩效。
