摘要：

目的:探讨急性肺损伤患者血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、血小板激活因子(Platelet activating factor,PAF)及白细胞介素-10(Interleukin-10,IL-10)的变化及意义。方法:采用ELISA方法检测临床上30例急性肺损伤患者血清中TNF-α、PAF、IL-10不同时间段的浓度变化并进行相关性分析。结果:肺损伤患者血清中TNF-α、PAF、IL-10的水平明显高于对照组。结论:血清TNF-α、PAF、IL-10在肺损伤中起着重要作用。提示这3种指标对肺损伤的诊断、治疗及预后有潜在的应用价值。
