<正> 在离体条件下,以花序为外植体,近年来有过不少研究。但是对于它们的发育生理及形态发生上的问题还很少注意。我们在水稻及其它一些禾谷类植物的幼穗培养中,发现颖花的发育较为复杂,对培养基成分的反应也十分敏感。本文简要报道水稻幼穗离体培养时颖花直接出芽的现象。
