摘要：

竞赛平衡是职业体育联盟管理中的核心问题。为了吸引观众,职业体育联赛在提高整体水平的同时,努力保持各球队实力上的均衡。美国职业体育联盟积累了一些行之有效的管理措施保障竞赛平衡。研究其对竞赛平衡这一核心问题的处理,为我国职业体育联赛的运营提供参考。
