精神心理因素在溃疡性结肠炎中作用的研究进展

摘要：

溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是一种累及结直肠的慢性非特异性炎症性疾病,其病因和发病机制尚未完全明确。多次结肠镜检查以及激素、免疫抑制剂等药物治疗均可对UC患者造成不同程度的精神心理影响。研究发现精神心理障碍是UC发病的危险因素,可影响UC患者的生活质量和社会功能,降低患者对治疗的依从性,进而延长病程,影响预后。本文就精神心理因素在UC中作用的研究进展作一综述。
