摘要：

本文报告了四例用颅内、外联合径路切除伴有颅内侵犯的鼻咽血管纤维瘤,其中3例成功,1例失败。讨论了联合手术的优越性。详细阐述了颅内、外联合手术的有关问题,如颅内手术的进路、如何保护颅内重要结构不受损伤、避免结扎颈内动脉、颅外手术的进路及分块切除肿瘤等问题。
