普罗布考对老年冠心病抗炎症及抗氧化作用的初步研究

摘要：

目的评价普罗布考对老年冠心病患者抗炎症及抗氧化作用的疗效。方法随机将63例老年冠心病患者分为两组,其中治疗组(35例),服用普罗布考0.5g,2次/d,疗程均为12周;对照组(28例),未服用任何调脂药物及抗氧化剂。分别于服药前后检测血浆高敏感C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)水平。结果①普罗布考组总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)水平以及hs-CRP及ox-LDL水平显著下降;②对照组TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、hs-CRP及ox-LDL无显著变化;③治疗后2组患者血浆TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、hs-CRP及ox-LDL水平有显著差异。结论普罗布考能有效降低老年冠心病患者的胆固醇水平,并可显著降低血浆hs-CRP及ox-LDL水平,提示其具有较强的抗炎症及抗氧化作用。
