流式细胞计对急性白血病细胞RNA含量测定及其临床意义

摘要：

本文用流式细胞计对急性白血病初治及完全缓解病人和大致正常者骨髓进行了RNA含量测定。结果表明,初始病人骨髓细胞RNA含量明显高于缓解后病人及大致正常者;缓解组病人RNA含量高于未缓解组;ANLL病人RNA含量高于ALL。初治病人骨髓细胞RNA含量高、缓解率高;RNA含量高的病人缓解维持期及生存期均较长。
