血脂在急性脑血管病中的作用及治疗

摘要：

<正>血脂异常导致的主要病理生理过程是动脉粥样硬化,因此,对因动脉粥样硬化导致的缺血性急性脑血管病(卒中)/短暂性脑缺血发作(transientischemic attack,TIA)影响更大,而对心源性或其他原因导致的缺血性卒中/TIA影响有限。本文重点阐述血脂在卒中,特别是动脉粥样硬化导致的缺血性卒中/TIA中的争论与共识,兼顾其他亚型的脑血管病。
