摘要：

<正>疼痛的评估和控制是当今医疗护理界的重要课题,疼痛控制缺陷将损害患者的健康和增加医疗成本,有效控制疼痛还可提高对患者人格的尊重意识和病家对医护工作的满意度[1]。虽有许多报道涉及到儿童疼痛控制,但仍有大量疼痛儿童得不到适当处理。为此,笔者希望与国内护理同仁分享参加2007年8月在希腊雅典举行的第三届国际儿科护理大会上关于儿童疼痛的护理信息和体会。
