摘要：

可以运用集群理论的分析工具,分析集群区域MNE的技术外溢现象。集群区域MNE技术外溢能够通过竞争激励效应、产业关联效应、网络扩散效应等途径得以实现;同时,它也受到集群类型、集群所处阶段、MNE子公司独立性等多种因素的影响。要更好地利用MNE的技术外溢效应,应从加大教育投入、提升集群企业研发能力等多个方面努力。
