雌激素的抗抑郁作用及机制研究进展

摘要
<正>抑郁症困扰着世界上大概3亿4000万人,预计到2020年,抑郁症将成为致残的首要因素和全球疾病负担的第二位因素[1]。其中,女性抑郁症的患病率约20%~25%,而男性约7%~12%,这种差异可能来自生物、心理、社会和家庭等各方面因素的影响[2],也提示雌激素可能与抑郁症有关。女性的经前期、产后期及绝经期是其情绪障碍的高发期,而这些时期存在着雌激素水平的波动。有研究表明,抑郁症患者雌激素水平低于正常,治疗后明显升高[3]。雌激素与抑郁症的相关性及其抗抑郁作用正引起更多研究者的关注。
