国外食品安全控制与食源性疾病监控策略研究现状

摘要
食源性疾病严重危及人类健康,并可造成严重的经济损失。加强食源性疾病监控及其健康影响的研究已成为保障食品安全的重要措施之一。本文就有关国际组织对食品安全控制策略及食源性疾病监控系统相关的研究现状进行了综述,以便为我国食源性疾病的监控及其健康影响研究提供经验。
