摘要
就研发团队中知识创新效率的影响机制进行了实证研究,研究表明团队成员间的相近性对知识创新效率有正向影响,信任在相近性与知识传递效果的关系中起中介作用,知识内隐性在相近性与知识创新效率的关系中起调制作用。在此基础上,我们提出了对于管理实践的建议和对于未来研究的展望。
