我国纳米科学技术发展现状及战略思考

摘要
概述了纳米科学技术在我国的发展现状和重要进展,以及国外纳米科技的发展趋势,深入分析和探讨了制约我国纳米科技发展的瓶颈问题及其成因.研究表明总体投入偏低,领域发展不均衡;创新链上下游之间缺乏有机互动;战略布局不够,原创性重大成果偏少;标准方面工作滞后等是我国纳米科技发展面临的主要问题.文章从落实创新驱动发展战略、增强自主创新能力、鼓励跨学科交叉融合和产学研结合、培育产业发展、强化国际合作等战略层面对我国纳米科技的发展提出具体建议.
