摘要：

孤立主义是美国意识形态的重要组成部分。在国际和国内形势相对不利时,美国孤立主义便会高涨。以特朗普赢得总统大选为标志的美国孤立主义浪潮,有其深刻的时代背景,反映了美国国内以及美国和世界关系的新变化。美国孤立主义的重新抬头,会给全球化的未来发展以及全球化的动力、理念和利益分配等带来一定变化。但基于美国国内体制、双边层面和国际层面的多重制约因素,美国孤立主义思潮及特朗普政府对全球化的消极态度,对全球化所能形成的负面影响有限,不宜过分夸大。
