单核细胞趋化蛋白1及其受体与缺氧缺血性脑损伤

摘要
缺氧缺血性脑损伤可诱导脑中单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-1)的表达,MCP-1通过趋化单核/巨噬细胞系统,调节细胞因子合成,参与脑损伤;其作用通过特异性受体来介导,CCR2是脑组织中MCP-1受体。探讨MCP-1和CCR2在缺氧缺血性脑损伤中的作用有助于从免疫学机制方面探索对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤有效的干预途径。
