丹参对鼠脑缺血再灌注后白细胞介素-1β转化酶表达的影响

摘要
研究丹参在脑缺血再灌注后对白细胞介素 1β转化酶 (ICE)表达的影响及其神经保护作用。 方法 利用沙土鼠前脑缺血再灌注模型 ,应用RT PCR结合免疫组化的方法进行研究。结果 在脑缺血再灌注后 1~ 4d ,皮层及海马可见ICEmRNA表达。免疫组化结果显示脑缺血再灌注后脑组织ICE阳性细胞数显著增多 ,而丹参组ICE表达显著低于缺血对照组 ,但仍显著高于假手术组 (P <0 .0 1) ;丹参预防性干预组与丹参治疗性干预组相比 ,差异也有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 丹参可能通过调节ICE ,进而发挥治疗脑缺血的作用。
