摘要
<正>失语症系脑部器质性病变所致大脑语言区及其相关区域受损,而造成的一种语言障碍综合征。急性卒中后失语症的发病率高达30%~40%。失语症患者在执行语言任务时,大脑右侧半球与左侧语言功能区相对应的区域显示出异常的兴奋性增高。这是由于大脑左侧半球损伤后,对右侧半球的抑制减退,实际上是一种不良适应的反应,这对大多数失语症患者的语言恢复是不利的。越来越多
