摘要
:
目的确定酶法测定糖化白蛋白(GA)在我国正常糖耐量人群的参考范围。方法对北京某社区无糖尿病病史的909名志愿者进行75g口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT),576名符合纳入分析条件者被纳入GA参考范围的计算。所有参加者同时进行体格检查和人体测量,试验室测定包括空腹血糖、OGTT2小时血糖、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、血清肌酐、血清白蛋白、糖化血红蛋白和GA。采用正态分布法的双侧95%可信区间确定参考范围。结果研究人群GA分布正态性检验Kolmogorov-Smirnov检验Z=0.891,双侧P=0.406。GA为14.38±1.27%,在我国正常人群的参考范围为11.89%~16.87%。结论我国糖耐量正常的人群中,酶法测定的GA(LucicaGA-L)参考范围是11.89%~16.87%。
