摘要：

食欲素(Orexins,Ox)受体属于G蛋白偶联受体,在其天然配体Ox的作用下参与调节多种生理反应,如睡眠与清醒、饮食与能量代谢等。相关研究表明,Ox受体的拮抗剂能够治疗药物与食物成瘾;增强Ox系统的下游信号通路可以抵抗肥胖;在某些癌症细胞中,食欲素通过Ox受体能够显著的诱导癌细胞凋亡。
