摘要：

本文采用数据包络DEA方法,对2003-2009年中国高技术产业经济效率进行了实证研究。研究表明:中国高技术产业经济效率表现为区域的不均衡性和时间上的波动性,从地区来看,大部分地区保持了较稳定的增长势头,年增长平均为3.9%,在2003-2009年北京、天津、江苏、山东和广东地区为DEA有效,其它地区都存在不同程度的投入产出冗余,没有达到DEA有效,需要进一步调整投入产出指标以达到DEA有效。在此研究基础上,提出了相应的对策和建议。
