<正> 人绒毛膜促性腺激素(human chorionic gonadotropin,hCG)是一种糖蛋白激素,其分子家族在分子水平的结构上具有多型性的特点。通过对hCG分子家族的测定,可以诊断妊娠及与妊娠有关的疾病,特别是对于滋养细胞肿瘤,指导疾病治疗以及监测病情变化。 一、hCG的基本结构及其分子家族 hCG是由α和β两条多肽链通过非共价键的方式结合而成,其中α亚单位由92个氨基酸组成,在52和78位氨基 整分子hCG(hCG)
