摘要：

介绍半个世纪以来各国洁净燃煤发电技术的发展，并结合中国情况提出一种具有自主知识产权的“部分气化空气预热联合循环（PGACC）”发电系统。利用该系统对老机组进行改造，不仅可有效地提高电力装机容量、提高供电效率、减轻环境污染，还可充分利用原有设施节约投资。
