流程挖掘在流程优化中的应用

摘要：

企业信息系统产生的大量流程日志数据隐藏了一些有用的模式,流程挖掘从控制流、组织、资源等多个视图分析这些数据,发现流程中存在的问题,指导管理人员对流程进行优化。详细总结了近年来流程挖掘在流程优化中的应用,分析了利用流程挖掘优化业务流程的几种典型方法,论述了流程挖掘在改善流程结构、提升组织效率、优化资源配置和检测流程异常等领域的应用,并指出了进一步的研究方向。
