植物激素ABA和GA调控种子休眠和萌发的研究进展

摘要
综述了植物激素脱落酸(Abscisic acid,ABA)和赤霉素(Gibberellin acid,GA)及其相互作用调控种子休眠和萌发过程的研究进展。大量研究结果表明,ABA和GA是种子休眠获得和解除过程中起关键作用的内源信号分子,ABA诱导种胚细胞分裂停止、启动并维持种子休眠,而GA启动和促进种子萌发,两者在调节种子休眠和萌发过程中存在相互拮抗的关系。以糊粉层组织为例,阐述了ABA和GA在调控种子萌发时α-淀粉酶表达的信号通路。
