摘要：

<正>类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种以累及周围关节为主的多系统炎症性的自身免疫病。据有关资料统计我国发病率约为0.32%～0.36%[1]。临床表现为受累关节疼痛、肿胀、功能下降、病情呈持续和反复发作过程。该病严重影响患者生活质量,且与关节畸形及病程长短有关[2],同时
