摘要
Runx2在成骨分化信号转导通路中起核心作用,能够诱导骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSC)向成骨细胞定向分化并促进成骨细胞和软骨细胞成熟,从而促进骨愈合,被视为骨组织工程中最具有应用前景的转录因子之一。利用携带Runx2基因的腺病毒载体感染BMSC,使BMSC中Runx2蛋白表达增高,并将BMSC复合于骨材料上以提高骨性愈合效率,已成为骨组织工程研究新热点。该文就Runx2及其在骨组织工程中应用研究进展作一综述。
