摘要：

企业家创业活动对经济增长、就业规模扩大、创新精神培育等方面具有重要作用。尽管学术界很早就意识到企业家创业活动的重要性,但受限于不同学科领域学者对企业家创业活动认识存在的差异及数据可得性,相关理论及实证研究有待进一步深入和拓展。本文探索相关文献的发展脉络,企业家创业行为的最新文献及其特点,并展望未来研究方向,以便为"大众创业,万众创新"提供研究和探索思路。
