丹麦猪营养与管理技术及其对中国养猪业的启示

摘要
丹麦养猪业水平居世界前列,生产的高质量和高健康级别猪肉产品获得丹麦和国际消费者信任。丹麦已形成覆盖种猪繁育、饲料、养殖、屠宰加工到销售的全猪生产链,猪场集约化、规模化及产业化程度高。在过去20年中,丹麦每头母猪PSY持续增加,每年平均提高0.45头,于2014年达到32.5头。断奶仔猪及生长育肥猪的饲料转换效率逐年降低,经济效益逐年提高。丹麦养猪业这些成就的取得在于:以市场为导向的明确育种方向及健全的人工授精网络,科学合理的营养标准与饲喂技术,世界领先的饲养管理技术,完善的疾病防控体系,严格的动物福利标准,以及高度重视的环境保护促进产业的可持续发展。文章从遗传选育、饲料营养、饲养管理、疾病防控、动物福利与环境保护等6个方面总结丹麦养猪业成功的经验,并给正处于变革时期的我国养猪业提供一些可行性对策与建议。
