摘要
骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSC)具有多向分化能力、免疫原性和免疫调节性等特点,可大量获取。许多学者对BMSC特性进行实验研究,并诱导其在体外和体内向椎间盘样细胞分化,已有大量研究成果证实将BMSC用于治疗椎间盘退变的可行性。近年也有将BMSC移植入椎间盘退变患者并获得延缓椎间盘退变效果的临床报道。该文就BMSC治疗椎间盘退变的基础研究和临床研究作一综述。
